Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial or industrial sanitation role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and their safe usage.
• Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Good physical condition to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks per the sanitation plan.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, offices and specialized zones.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens to ensure availability.
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs observed during rounds.
• Ensure proper waste disposal including recyclables and hazardous substances per regulations.
