A leading financial services group in South Africa is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operational and maintenance management of various sites. The successful candidate will manage service delivery through outsourced partners, develop proactive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should have a National Diploma in a built environment and extensive experience in facility management. Applications close on 21 November 2025.

The Group Office provides strategic direction and support to the five clusters, assisting them in realising their strategies and meeting their business objectives. The Group Office is responsible for governance and for the Group's centralised functions, which include : Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Balance Sheet Management, Strategy, Human Capital, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability.
This role is responsible for interaction with clients, Sanlam Facilities Real Estate colleagues and facilities management service providers to ensure service delivery is aligned to business goals, contract KPAs and desired customer value job entails being a principal liaison in overseeing the operational and maintenance management of various Sanlam sites mostly in regional areas through 3rd party service providers and landlords.
