Une entreprise de recrutement recherche un gestionnaire des installations à Cape Town. Ce rôle exige une expérience en gestion de projets d'Opex et Capex, avec un budget compris entre R7m et R10m par an. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des budgets, des opérations et du personnel, tout en garantissant des normes élevées de sécurité et d'hygiène au sein de l'établissement. Les candidats doivent avoir des compétences avancées en informatique et un excellent niveau de communication en anglais et en afrikaans.
Accountable for ensuring that the general hygiene and safety of all buildings and the surrounding property meet standards that make guests and staff feel comfortable in the environment.
Responsible for ensuring stable availability of internet, telephone, and email connectivity, as well as optimal functioning of all computer equipment and systems. Ensures compliance with POPIA and OHS guidelines.
Ensures electronic systems operate at peak performance, reducing staff downtime due to breakdowns.
Accountable for delivering all new Capex and Operational Projects on time and within budget.
Scope of Authority: Responsible for operational and capital expenditure budgets totaling R7m to R10m per annum. Manages a team of two staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities, operations, or building project management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Requires qualifications in building science, commerce, and/or project management.
Strong IT skills in golf management or ERP systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and project management software. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written). Proven management skills.
