Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of buildings and facilities.
• Repairing broken equipment, lights, doors, windows, etc.
• Coordinating with external contractors for major repairs.
• Emergency response to maintenance requests.
• Report on maintenance tasks and make recommendations.
