Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning duties in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the canteen and restroom are clean and stocked at all times.
• Be available during operating hours to clean up as required.
• Dispose refuse without exposing products or valuables.
• Vacuum carpeted areas daily (meeting/training rooms).
• Vacuum other carpeted areas weekly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Do not leave cleaning utensils unattended on the floor.
• Display wet floor signs when cleaning floors.
• Be friendly and professional with on-site customers.
• Guide customers to the right floors or people when asked for assistance.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests.
• Resolve minor problems or escalate to the team leader.
