The Role: Facebook Ads and Google Ads Account Manager

You’ll take full ownership of Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of UK-based estate and letting agents. From planning and execution to optimisation and reporting, your mission is to drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage client relationships, and constantly seek ways to improve performance using data and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies based on client goals and audience insights
  • Build and manage campaigns: ad structure, copy, creatives, A/B testing, targeting, tracking setup
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns for performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Manage client budgets effectively to ensure ROI and strategic spend
  • Prepare insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, handling updates, queries, and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align goals and timelines
  • Proactively troubleshoot low-performing campaigns and optimise accordingly
About You
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads Search campaigns
  • Paid media certifications (Meta Blueprint and/or Google Search Ads) or proven performance in the role
  • Strong understanding of ad platform tools (pixel tracking, audience creation, lead integrations, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data and using it to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed, able to prioritise and plan your own workload
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic design platforms like Canva
  • Experience working remotely with a reliable home office setup
  • Bonus: Background in UK property market or estate agency clients
