Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience.
• Minimum 1 year stock management experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience using GAAP.
• Good numeracy and stock analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control function related to F&B deliveries.
• Conduct daily stock counts and report variances.
• Ensure stock levels are monitored and orders are placed timely.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Capture stock on the GAAP system and maintain records.
