A hospitality management company in South Africa is seeking a dedicated individual to manage F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences. Candidates must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and be proficient in lodge PMS software and Excel. This live-in role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with two F&B Supervisors to ensure every guest's dining experience is exceptional. The position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage F&B administration and procurement while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and a high standard of quality.
