Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• 5 years’ food and Beverage Supervisory/managerial experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on the F&B Canteen function for smooth operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in food preparation.
• Maintain clean and well-organized kitchen and service areas.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to meet standards.
• Manage F&B cost and budget for profitability.
• Supervise all Food and Beverage staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
