This role involves driving new business across logistics, mining, and construction sectors by managing the full sales cycle. Were seeking a high-energy External Sales Representative to drive new business and expand key accounts for rugged vehicle cameras, mobile DVR / NVR systems, wireless camera kits, and ADAS / DMS solutions across logistics, public transport, construction, agriculture, mining, and industrial sectors.
Youll own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and technical scoping to solution design, demos, and closingworking closely with operations and engineering to deliver best-in-class safety and visibility solutions for fleets, heavy machinery, and harsh environments.
Build and execute a territory plan targeting fleets, bodybuilders, upfitters, OEMs, system integrators, and mining contractors / operators.
Prospect, qualify, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close and expansion.
Conduct site / fleet assessments; scope camera placement, FOV, channels, power, triggers, telemetry, and mine-site specific needs (dust, vibration, lighting).
Run live demos and pilots; coordinate product trials and value validation with measurable ROI and safety outcomes.
Develop multi-threaded relationships with operations, safety, engineering, maintenance, and procurement stakeholders.
Recruit and enable resellers / installers; train partners on deployment best practices for on-road, off-road, and mine-site equipment.
Translate requirements into clear configurations, BOMs, pricing, and implementation plans.
Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear win / loss insights.
Haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, drill rigs, service vehicles, and light vehicles.
Reduce blind-spot incidents, improve operator visibility, support fatigue management, and enhance incident investigations with synchronized video / telematics.
Position solutions built for dust, mud, washdown, shock / vibration, extreme temps, and low-light conditions.
Align with site access, PPE, vehicle safety standards, and mine SOPs; coordinate with HSE teams.
Discovery, pain / value mapping, multi-stakeholder alignment, closing.
Able to read wiring diagrams, propose camera placement, and translate requirements into BOMs.
Comfort selling into logistics yards, depots, construction sites, and mine operations.
Present to operations and executive audiences; strong written proposals and email discipline.
CRM rigor, forecast accuracy, territory planning, and follow-through.
