External Sales Representative (Electronic Accessories)
Sales & Business Development
- Actively promote and sell electronic accessories to new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and resellers.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical support when needed.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Advise customers on the latest electronic accessories and upsell additional products.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
Territory Management
- Plan and manage sales routes effectively to maximize coverage.
- Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and assist with replenishment orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit weekly / monthly sales reports.
- Record all customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
- Work with the internal sales / admin team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Represent the company brand professionally in all interactions.
After-Sales Support
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty claims effectively.
- Provide training to customers on product features and usage.
- Ensure a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
