External Sales Representative (Electronic Accessories)
Sales & Business Development
  • Actively promote and sell electronic accessories to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and resellers.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical support when needed.
Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
  • Advise customers on the latest electronic accessories and upsell additional products.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
Territory Management
  • Plan and manage sales routes effectively to maximize coverage.
  • Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and assist with replenishment orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare and submit weekly / monthly sales reports.
  • Record all customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
  • Work with the internal sales / admin team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Represent the company brand professionally in all interactions.
After-Sales Support
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty claims effectively.
  • Provide training to customers on product features and usage.
  • Ensure a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
