Introduction

Are you a qualified CA(SA) and Audit Manager with a passion for leadership and client relationships?

We're looking for an Audit Manager to join a progressive, mid-tier professional services firm in Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff
• Manage client portfolios across diverse industries
• Oversee audit engagements and ensure quality standards are met
• Complete staff performance evaluations
• Deliver trusted insights to clients in sectors including property, retail, wholesale, investments, trading, distribution, manufacturing, and import & export

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Completed SAICA articles in a mid-tier / medium-sized audit firm environment
• Qualified CA(SA) 2–5 years' post article experience (including experience as an Audit Manager)
• Strong industry exposure across the sectors above
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Advanced CaseWare Working Papers experience
• Experienced with audits under ISA
