We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Purchase orders
- Consumables control and order
- Monthly stock take
- Customer queries
- Pack and capture consumables
- Attend to all client queries on consumables
- Sending weekly monthly reports
- Filing of paperwork
- Health and Safety
- Participate in the design / development / review / implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
- Participate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talks
- Report all safety incidents to relevant personnel
- Discuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activities
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures in the workplace
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing at all times
Competencies
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Cash Management processes and systems (preferred)
- MS Office computer skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Mathematics / Accounting subjects recommended)
- Previous working experience within an administrative capacity essential
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages required
- Demonstrated experience in compiling reports
- Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
