Overview

G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Purchase orders
  • Consumables control and order
  • Monthly stock take
  • Customer queries
  • Pack and capture consumables
  • Attend to all client queries on consumables
  • Sending weekly monthly reports
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Health and Safety
  • Participate in the design / development / review / implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
  • Participate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talks
  • Report all safety incidents to relevant personnel
  • Discuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activities
  • Attend safety education and refresher programmes
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures in the workplace
  • Distribute safety information as and when required
  • Wear protective clothing at all times
