Job summary

Minimum requirements include a business/management degree, 3+ years of GM-level experience, strong planning and stakeholder skills, and a track record in export/supply-chain leadership. Permanent, on-site role with competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM or equivalent full operational-management experience.
• Experience in fresh produce, export, supply-chain or related operational leadership.
• Proven multidisciplinary team leadership experience.
• Strong planning, logistics and export/supply-chain capability.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Process and systems improvement exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead export management and operations team and drive accountable execution.
• Oversee supply-demand planning, logistics, export documentation and programme delivery.
• Manage day-to-day delivery from packhouse handover through to the client.
• Optimise product allocation across export operations.
• Build and maintain strong grower-partner and cross-functional relationships.
• Manage operational, commercial and supply-chain risk.
• Drive improvements to processes and systems.
• Lead budgeting and cost control for the export business unit.
• Manage KPI and risk reporting.
