Logistics Administrator Fruit Export Industry

Location : Northern Suburbs Western Cape

Salary : R35000 R45000 per month (experience-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics administration
• Manage logistics daily coordination
• Manage stock and allocations
• Oversee stock age tracking to ensure fresh timely shipments to clients
• Recon packing vs packing orders
• Send packing lists to clients
• Update and monitor vessel schedules for accurate freight coordination
• Manage stock levels and maintain clear loading instructions
• Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate efficient export processes

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant qualification or proven experience in logistics marketingor supply chain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
