Responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison between the company, suppliers, shippers, and customers, ensuring professionalism and service excellence.
  • Respond to client enquiries and prepare quotations for both potential and existing customers.
  • Implement financial procedures and processes for confirmed orders.
  • Manage the full order execution process, including negotiating shipping and operational requirements, issuing shipping instructions, confirming supplier details, handling documentation, and maintaining stock control (including expiry dates).
  • Oversee communication with clients and follow up on all shipments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Provide support and backup to the Business Development and Key Accounts Management teams.
