They are seeking a Luxury Travel Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey—from booking luxury travel and coordinating immersive destination experiences and pre/post-travel arrangements. What You’ll Do
  • Manage all aspects of the guest journey including:

    • Luxury itinerary bookings

    • Destination experiences and cultural excursions

    • Hotel stays and pre/post-travel arrangements

  • Provide luxury-level service via phone, video call, email, and chat

  • Support and collaborate with Travel Advisors and international guests

  • Act as a trusted expert on our CRM and reservation systems

  • Maintain exceptional brand representation and relationship-building standards

  • Offer feedback on customer support operations and suggest process enhancements

What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in a contact center, ideally in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality

  • A hospitality-first mindset with a natural ability to connect and communicate

  • Fluent in either German, Spanish or Italian (spoken and written)

  • Confident communicator across phone and video platforms
