• Minimum 3 years' professional videography and editing experience.

• Ability to produce high-quality content in fast-paced environments.

The Opportunity

The Role

This is a hands-on creative position where you'll manage the full production process - from planning shoots and capturing content to editing polished final videos for television, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

You'll have the freedom to contribute your own creative ideas while working closely with the wider marketing team to produce engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film and edit video content for TV commercials, promotional campaigns and social media.
• Manage both pre-production and post-production, including shot planning, scheduling, editing, colour correction, sound, graphics and final exports.
• Repurpose footage into multiple formats, including vertical content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as widescreen formats for TV and YouTube.
• Maintain an organised media library and consistent file management process.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Use AI-powered editing tools to streamline post-production workflows without compromising quality.
• Support and mentor junior content creators by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in videography and video editing within an agency, in-house marketing team, production company or broadcast environment.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of commercial and digital content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques and audio recording.
• Able to produce high-quality content in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into the editing process to improve efficiency while maintaining creative standards.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics and basic animation experience.
• Colour grading and audio mixing skills.
• Experience creating content for telecommunications, retail or consumer brands.
• Drone filming and/or gimbal operation experience.

Relocation Considerations

• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally is essential.
• This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Caribbean.
• Full relocation assistance and housing support will be provided for the successful candidate.
