We’re looking for a Brand Designer who can take a brand from start to finish — from concept and identity creation through to full rollout across digital and print applications. This role goes beyond producing great visuals; it’s about building cohesive brand systems that stand up in the boardroom, on screens, and in the real world.
As a Designer, you’ll craft scalable brand identities, ensure consistency across every touchpoint, and push creative boundaries in one of the most dynamic industries out there: fintech.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of brand identities and visual systems, from concept through to fully developed guidelines.
- Apply brands seamlessly across digital platforms (websites, social, campaigns) and print applications (collateral, packaging, environments).
- Collaborate with strategists, writers, and account managers to translate strategic thinking into impactful design.
- Deliver high-quality design assets for campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, and activations.
- Present and justify creative solutions confidently to both clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all outputs and touchpoints.
- Mentor and support junior designers, helping to raise the level of craft within the studio.
- Stay on top of design, fintech, and digital branding trends to keep our work sharp and globally competitive.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Designer or Brand Designer in an agency or in‑house brand team.
- A portfolio showcasing complete brand journeys — from identity creation to systematisation and rollout across digital and print.
- Strong grasp of brand systems, typography, colour theory, and design principles.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other complex B2B categories is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain the clearly “why” behind your design choices.
- A collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead projects and drive creative thinking.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
