The position requires a certification or diploma in PMU and microneedling, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience, plus strong hygiene and client-care standards.

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Permanent Makeup Artistry and Microneedling.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in permanent makeup and microneedling.
• Proficiency in color theory, facial anatomy, and precise application techniques.
• Experience with various permanent makeup machines and microneedling devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform permanent makeup procedures (microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing).
• Conduct detailed client consultations to discuss outcomes and consent.
• Perform microneedling treatments for skin concerns and rejuvenation.
• Maintain sterilization and hygiene of equipment and station.
• Keep accurate client records and progress photos; provide aftercare instructions.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care to optimize healing.
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and safety standards in PMU and microneedling.
• Manage appointment schedules and client flow.
• Promote clinic services and products to clients.
• Handle client inquiries with excellent customer service.
