Placements24 in Gauteng seeks a dedicated Nanny and Early Learning Support professional to provide exceptional care and educational stimulation for young children. This role goes beyond traditional childcare, focusing on nurturing intellectual curiosity, emotional growth, and social development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a passion for fostering learning in a warm family setting in Tembisa.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny or early childhood educator experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, responsible, and reliable.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong references from previous families or employers.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, loving care for children aged 2-5 years (age range to be specified).
• Develop age-appropriate educational activities, including reading, art, music, and imaginative play.
• Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage daily schedules, including nap times, playtime, and outdoor activities.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment, maintaining vigilance at all times.
• Support children's emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
• Assist with light household duties related to the children's care and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children's activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and engaging educational play.
• Maintain children's hygiene and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
