Qualifications

• Professional qualification from a recognised hairdressing academy.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Hair Stylist and Colourist.
• Expertise in advanced cutting techniques and a comprehensive understanding of colour theory and application.
• Proficiency in various hair types and textures, with the ability to style and treat them effectively.
• Excellent communication, client consultation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts for men, women, and children, adapting styles to client requests and facial features.
• Deliver expert hair colouring services, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full colour applications, ensuring seamless results.
• Provide professional hair treatments, such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp therapies.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, offering personalized recommendations for styles and colours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped workstation, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
