Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Promote and sell a wide range of top-tier products including risk, retirement, funeral and investment products
    • Build strong relationships by conducting thorough needs analysis and offering tailored financial solutions
    • Provide ongoing service and support to grow and retain your client base
  2. Compliance & Process Excellence
    • Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements
    • Use our proprietary tech platform for client onboarding, tracking, and compliance
    • Keep accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within financial services
  • NQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous)
  • RE5 Certification (advantageous)
  • Completed class of business (preferred)
  • Clear criminal record and own reliable transport
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, independent, and hungry to build your own successful practice
