Qualifications

• 8-10 years advanced experience in originating and executing REF/lending solutions.
• 8-10 years experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite management and Boards.
• 8-10 years leading technical deal teams and coaching junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Seasoned experience in credit management and complex lending.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure Real Estate Finance solutions for core clients.
• Drive origination of CIB deals with key management teams.
• Manage and approve lending solution pitchbook planning.
• Ensure compliance with CIB risk and regulatory requirements.
• Identify strategic objectives for the REF portfolio.
