You will be responsible for conducting research, market analysis, and candidate sourcing and engagement to ensure our clients have access to the best candidates for our retained mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industries, and companies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional networks, to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates to align with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage paperwork, including proposals and briefing documents.
  • Administer behavioral profiling assessments.
  • Update campaign details, including video editing, media uploads, and candidate records.
  • Schedule meetings for potential candidates and consultants.
  • Attend mandate briefings to initiate the executive search process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
