About the Role

As an Executive Search Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing end‑to‑end headhunting projects.

You’ll build relationships with senior candidates and clients, deliver outstanding service throughout the recruitment process, and represent both Talenthub and Professional Talent Recruitment with integrity and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a strong background in recruitment, executive search, or candidate relationship management who thrives in a results‑driven, people‑focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct executive searches using LinkedIn, referrals, database sourcing, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Manage multiple headhunting projects and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Market map your assigned sector to build reputation, credibility, and expert knowledge.
  • Manage interview processes from introduction to offer stage, including negotiation and aftercare.
  • Collaborate closely with UK colleagues and contribute ideas to enhance processes and results.
  • Ensure all communication reflects professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, or account management (Rec2Rec or professional services advantageous).
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Strong research, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive, resilient, and forward‑thinking attitude for working in fast‑paced, high‑standard environments.
  • A genuine interest in long‑term success, learning, and professional growth.
  • Ability to work full‑time from our Pretoria office (this is not a remote role).
  • Flexibility to work UK business hours.
