Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the principal and authorized guests.
• Plan optimal routes, considering traffic conditions, security concerns, and scheduling requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in perfect working order.
• Maintain the principal's vehicle(s) to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Act as a point of contact for security personnel, coordinating movements and ensuring seamless integration of security plans.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times to ensure the safety of the principal.
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding the principal's movements, schedule, and personal information.
• Respond calmly and effectively to any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during transit.
• Assist with other personal or logistical support tasks as requested.
• Prepare and submit logs of journeys, mileage, and any incidents or expenses.

Requirements

• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and a flawless driving record are mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a private chauffeur, executive driver, or similar role.
• Experience working with principals requiring a high level of security awareness.
