A recruitment agency seeks an experienced Executive PA to support their CFO, CIO, and GM in South Africa, Gauteng. The role requires strong office administration skills, the ability to manage a team, and experience in handling legal documents. Candidates should have Grade 12, relevant PA experience, and be prepared to work under pressure. Immediate availability and close proximity to the workplace are key requirements. Skilled individuals will be prioritized for this role.
Grade 12 (Matric) with any Office Administration Certificate or Diploma is an advantage. 5‑10 years relevant PA experience. Must be able to work under pressure.
General Executive PA duties for CFO, CIO and GM. Manage 5 office staff. Take minutes during meetings and prepare agendas. Knowledge of legal documents (e.g., bank guarantees, legal contracts) is an advantage.
Must be able to start immediately or, at the latest, in January. Own transport. Live close to the area and be willing to work long hours.
