Aon South Africa is recruiting an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Aon South Africa, based on a hybrid basis from our Head Office in Sandton. The primary role of the executive personal assistant is to provide high level strategic, administrative and operational support. The role acts as a trusted partner, ensuring CEO’s office functions with excellence, efficiency and confidentiality. The role serves as a primary point of contact between the CEO and the internal/external stakeholders and supports the CEO by providing full executive assistant functions, including managing information flow, preparing critical documentation and ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives and engagements as well as all travel arrangements, coordinating functions/events and effective diary management. The executive personal assistant will also work closely with the other Executive Personal Assistants and ensure alignment across Exco.
