Qualifications

  • Approximately 15 years’ relevant working experience, with 8 years in FM and maintenance engineering.
  • Strong exposure to CRM and property management.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex facilities or property portfolios.
  • Sound knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 and risk management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations at the executive level to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Manage the facilities management operational budget for cost control and profitability.
  • Drive performance and manage risk aligned with customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standards.
