Promote awareness of our products and services through targeted outreach.Conduct cold calls using tailored scripts to introduce our solutions and spark interest.Handle incoming inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process with timely follow-ups.Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate customer details, interactions, and progress notes.

Send reminders and follow-ups to keep tasks and deliverables on track.Assist the external sales team by researching prospects, preparing profiles, and handling admin tasks.Organize, Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and trade visits—both virtual and in-person, including daily / weekly sales appointments for both directors.Execute all sales, marketing and travel admin related activities.Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and sales documents, for internal and client use.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular check-ins and feedback collection.Preparing and submitting customer quotes,Attend meetings and discussions , capturing minutes and ensuring follow-through.Help organize visits from local and international guests, including logistics and meeting preparation.Assist with customer portal maintenance.Focused on identifying new opportunities and supporting our growth across African and Local markets.Conduct market research in target countries to understand local requirements, competitors, and sales channels, potential market size.Set-up, Create and manage contact lists of agents, distributors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Research and identify potential partners in other regions / countries.Use online tools and direct outreach to identify and connect with decision-makers in target organizations.Manage and Support marketing efforts by helping execute campaigns, plan events, and track results.Connect and keep up to date with global tender sites, world bank, UN etc.Create and update product brochures and ensure brand consistency across materials.Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.Plan and coordinate customer training sessions and conferences.Maintain and organize marketing databases and contact lists of customers.
