Renowned IT & Office Automation Company in Port Elizabeth is looking for an Executive HR Secretary to join their team.
Minimum Requirements :
- HR Qualification is essential
- At least 2 years' experience working in HR
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate Level)
Duties :
- Serve as Executive Secretary to the Managing Director and Financial Manager
- Assist the Admin and Finance Departments with administrative tasks
- Update and maintain spreadsheets
- Prepare and distribute reports in a timely manner
- Back scan and organize existing filing systems
- Ensure efficient filing of all administrative paperwork
- Maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system
- Update and manage certified company documents (bank letters, resolutions, etc.)
- Update CRM (Custrack) with information, appointments, and leads
- Enhance employee relations by improving company culture, strengthening relationships, and promoting respectful engagement
- Advise management on employment law and regulatory compliance
- Manage employee performance processes
- Oversee Labour, POPIA, and Covid compliance to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Manage document confidentiality, distribution, security, and destruction
- Oversee electronic document and content management
- Develop procedures to improve workplace efficiency and maximize profitability
