Minimum Requirements :
  • HR Qualification is essential
  • At least 2 years' experience working in HR
  • Proficient in Excel (Intermediate Level)
Duties :
  • Serve as Executive Secretary to the Managing Director and Financial Manager
  • Assist the Admin and Finance Departments with administrative tasks
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets
  • Prepare and distribute reports in a timely manner
  • Back scan and organize existing filing systems
  • Ensure efficient filing of all administrative paperwork
  • Maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system
  • Update and manage certified company documents (bank letters, resolutions, etc.)
  • Update CRM (Custrack) with information, appointments, and leads
  • Enhance employee relations by improving company culture, strengthening relationships, and promoting respectful engagement
  • Advise management on employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Manage employee performance processes
  • Oversee Labour, POPIA, and Covid compliance to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Manage document confidentiality, distribution, security, and destruction
  • Oversee electronic document and content management
  • Develop procedures to improve workplace efficiency and maximize profitability
