• 10+ years’ proven experience managing housekeeping operations within the hospitality sector.
• Strong focus on detail cleaning and quality control.
• Solid background in linen management.
• Skilled in preparing and managing staff schedules.
• Experience with IR and disciplinary processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
• Confident computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong command of English (report writing, business correspondence).
