Job Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters a bonus).
• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology ideally in financial services, insurance, or telecoms.
• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise‑wide data initiatives.
• Technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, Metadata, and Master Data Management.
• Deep knowledge of South African data governance and compliance standards.
• Strong strategic vision, communication, and people leadership skills.
