Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead major building and infrastructure projects in East London. You will oversee all site activities, ensuring budget, schedule, quality and safety standards are met while directing a team of professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of progressive experience, and strong leadership with project finance expertise. Pr CPM is desirable and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end construction projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans and risk strategies.
• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships with clear communication.
• Monitor progress, manage variations and proactively resolve issues.
