Job description

Experienced chef with a flair for innovation and a passion required for 5-star Lodge. This position is also open to a couple (with FOH)- 3 meals per day/afternoon tea/bush breakfast/5-course wine tasting.

Package: R50K + full live in + very attractive gratuities paid from high net worth profile clients

• Min 5 years’ experience as Exec/Head Chef in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to cater for special dietary needs including gluten‑free, lactose‑free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, and nut/seafood allergies.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Expertise in menu development, staff training, ordering, and fine‑dining presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment with a hands‑on, flexible approach.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent professional certification.
