Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Develop and implement the property's culinary vision and strategy.

• Maintain world-class food quality, presentation, and consistency standards.
• Create and develop innovative menus across all dining outlets.
• Design, standardise, and cost recipes.
• Introduce new concepts and culinary experiences aligned with international hospitality trends.
• Develop sustainable and locally inspired food offerings.
• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Implement and uphold all kitchen SOPs and operational procedures.
• Ensure seamless execution of all guest dining experiences.
• Manage food costs, labour costs, and departmental budgets.
• Implement effective stock control and procurement systems.
• Drive profitability through menu engineering and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor and analyse kitchen financial performance.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing culinary brigade.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop future culinary leaders within the organisation.
• Lead culinary operations for conferences, weddings, VIP functions, and special events.
• Develop bespoke menus and dining experiences for high-profile guests and events.
• Ensure flawless execution of all catering and banqueting requirements.
• Maintain full HACCP compliance and international food safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Lead food safety audits and compliance initiatives.
