The lodge caters exclusively to international clients, specialising in niche equestrian experiences, and requires a chef who can deliver high-quality, memorable dining experiences tailored to a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals for international guests, ensuring exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Manage all kitchen operations, including menu development, stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards and efficiency
  • Adapt menus to cater to international dietary requirements and preferences
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and lodge operations to enhance guest experiences
