Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Hyde Park Sandton.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, overseeing daily kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality and presentation.

The role includes managing kitchen staff, procuring ingredients, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The Executive Chef will also be responsible for budgeting, cost control, and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering exemplary culinary experiences.
