- Minimum 5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef in a busy, multi-outlet operation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative flair with a focus on consistency, quality, and cost control
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen systems, hygiene, and stock management
- Ability to design and execute seasonal menus
- Must have contactable references
