Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Banquet Chef in a luxury resort, hotel, or high‑volume event venue.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on team development.
  • Expertise in menu design, culinary presentation, and banquet execution.
  • Strong organizational and financial acumen, including inventory and purchasing systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; culinary software experience preferred.
  • English fluency required; Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
