A health research organization in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a relevant tertiary degree. Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are essential. This position requires confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
The Executive Assistant's main purpose of the job will be to provide support tot the Executive Director.

Relevant Tertiary Degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Must be assertive, confident, proactive and adaptable.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Own reliable transport would be an advantage.
