Responsibilities
  • Executive Coordination: Manage the CEO\'s calendar, prepare reports, and track critical milestones to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, board members, partners, and global collaborators, handling all communications with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Project Management: Take the lead on special projects and business development initiatives, driving them with agility and accountability.
  • Legal & Compliance: Assist the legal team with managing commercial agreements, property documentation, and compliance protocols.
  • Strategic Support: Support the Group CEO to advance business priorities and international initiatives across multiple sectors.
Requirements
  • 5 years'+ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Discretion & Adaptability: ability to navigate complex international relationships with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
  • Strategic Thinker: partner in advancing international initiatives, offering insight and structure to complex challenges
  • Legal or Commercial Background: ability to manage legal documentation, commercial agreements, and compliance protocols
  • Exceptional Project Management Skills: drive special projects and business development initiatives with agility and accountability
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on approach; Google Docs, MS Excel (essential), Zoho an advantage
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Reside in Knysna or surrounding areas
  • Own reliable transport
