Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Professional Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Group Managers and stakeholders.
  • Streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with coordinating events and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
