Remote-PA is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Client and provide top-tier admin support to clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves structure, and brings a creative spark to their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.

  • Coordinate tasks using Asana and maintain accurate client and project records.

  • Update and manage the Salesflare CRM, including pipelines, tasks, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

  • Handle invoicing and follow-ups using Xero.

  • Manage MailerLite email campaigns (3x weekly) and set up funnels.

  • Prepare the CEO for meetings and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Set up client folders in Google Drive and keep systems organized.

  • Identify opportunities for CEO promotion (events, speaking engagements).

  • Support communication channels: email, calls, Zoom/Teams/Slack.

  • Assist clients with scheduling, documentation, meetings, and database management.

  • Create social media content using Canva (thumbnails, banners, posts).

  • Work with CRM systems (Salesflare, Zoho) and project tools (Asana, Monday.com).


About You:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Tech-savvy with strong experience in Asana, CRM systems, MailerLite, Canva, and Microsoft/Google tools.

  • Confident in sales funnels, admin processes, and managing multiple priorities.

  • Creative with excellent communication skills.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative, finishes tasks thoroughly, and anticipates needs.

  • Flexible, professional, and comfortable working independently.

  • Stable internet connection and prepared for load shedding.
