The opportunity

As the Executive Assistant to our C‑Suite, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team, namely our CEO, CTO and COO.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, co‑ordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

What you’ll do
  • Efficiently manage complex calendars for C‑Suite executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Draft and edit emails, summaries, presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned by the C‑Suite, providing research and administrative support.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Occasional in‑person support, including running errands and assisting with personal tasks.
