Job description
Company Overview

We are a UK-based group operating across property development, operational asset management, and technology-enabled platforms. Our focus is on building high-quality, scalable businesses that create long-term value while tackling meaningful challenges — including affordable housing, sustainability, and climate impact.

As we continue to scale internationally, we are investing in future leaders who want early exposure to how ambitious, founder-led businesses grow. This role sits at the centre of that journey, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Role Overview

This role combines Founder’s Associate and CEO Executive Assistant responsibilities with broad exposure to business operations, strategy, and international growth.

The core objective of the role is to “buy back” CEO and senior management time, improve productivity, and act as an active contributor and accelerator to the group’s growth during its scale‑up and international expansion phase.

You will work directly with the Founder and senior leaders, taking ownership of priority projects, coordinating across teams, and progressively building responsibility for outcomes. This is an ideal role for a highly capable graduate or early‑career professional with ambition, curiosity, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
  • Act as Executive Assistant to the Founder / CEO, managing priorities, schedules, communications, and follow‑ups
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency across leadership and teams
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Operations, People & Growth Projects
  • Assess current operational systems and resource deployment, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve or outsource lower‑value tasks
  • Support analysis on optimal next hires and assist with improving team engagement, wellbeing, and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate HR and recruitment‑related projects as the company scales in the UK and internationally
  • Support the setup of new country offices over time and assist with building and coordinating local teams
Research, Strategy & Expansion
  • Research and analyse international expansion markets, comparing viability and opportunity for future growth
  • Support research on property sites and development opportunities, including initial analysis
  • Assist with design research, interior specifications, and early‑stage feasibility work
  • Research and source international procurement opportunities to drive scale efficiencies
Sustainability, Innovation & External Engagement
  • Assist with carbon impact and sustainability calculations and reporting
  • Support engagement with government support schemes, universities, and R&D initiatives
  • Coordinate side projects, pilots, and innovation initiatives
  • Organise events for internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners

  • Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously, and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
