An excellent opportunity has opened for a professional, detail-driven Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in the insurance and property investment industry.

You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, coordinating clients and projects, and assisting with both the financial advisory and property portfolio sides of the business. This position offers real career growth into a Practice Manager role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and client communications.
  • Assist with insurance documentation, renewals, and reporting.
  • Oversee property-related activities (maintenance, tenants, expenses).
  • Prepare summaries and maintain accurate financial records.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager.
  • Strong understanding of business processes; insurance or real estate knowledge advantageous.
  • Highly organized, discreet; ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools or CRM systems.
  • Strong personality, people-focused, detail-oriented, and wellness-minded (non-smoker).
