Our client, a fast-paced and innovative organisation within the Fintech sector, is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the executive team.

This role requires exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, tech‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including international and local flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and logistics plans for business travel and off‑site events.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, coordination of diaries, and appointments.
  • Occasionally take accurate minutes of meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support with IT and technical requirements (e.g., device setups, connectivity needs for travel or meetings).
  • Liaise with the Procurement Manager to ensure that office resources and equipment are available and well maintained.
  • Arrange lunch for the CEO when required.
  • Prepare and format presentations, correspondence, and reports for senior management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Liaise across departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of priorities.
