Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, car hire, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, handling logistics, invitations, and resources.
  • Handle high-pressure situations and urgent requests with professionalism and composure.
  • Provide confidential administrative support, including drafting correspondence, transcribing minutes, and managing sensitive documents.
  • Anticipate executive needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage select personal and corporate tasks for the executive with discretion and integrity.
  • Human Resources Management: Maintain and update employee records across HR systems and databases.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and screening to employment offers and onboarding.
  • Facilitate induction programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company HR policies.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary processes, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Contribute to a positive, compliant, and professional work environment.
Key Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management (or related field).

Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior PA or HR role supporting executives.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR administration.

Excellent understanding of South African labour legislation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.

Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Demonstrated tenacity and follow-through — you see things to completion under pressure.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work outside standard hours.

Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter will be advantageous.
